Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return request raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • Tags and labels are intact 

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Innerwear (if applicable)
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items purchased on clearance sale (optional – your choice)

3. Return Process

  1. Email us at returnvanav@gmail.com with:

    • Order ID
    • Reason for return
    • Product images (if damaged/defective)

  2. Our team will review and approve the request
  3. Reverse pickup will be arranged (if applicable)

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection
  • Refund will be issued via:
    • Original payment method OR
    • Store credit

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges allowed for size or defective products only
  • Subject to stock availability

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged/wrong item:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear images for verification
