Return & Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return request raised within 7 days of delivery
- Product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Tags and labels are intact
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Innerwear (if applicable)
- Customized or personalized products
- Items purchased on clearance sale (optional – your choice)
3. Return Process
- Email us at returnvanav@gmail.com with:
- Order ID
- Reason for return
- Product images (if damaged/defective)
- Our team will review and approve the request
- Reverse pickup will be arranged (if applicable)
4. Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection
- Refund will be issued via:
- Original payment method OR
- Store credit
5. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges allowed for size or defective products only
- Subject to stock availability
6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged/wrong item:
- Report within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear images for verification
